Psychological Capital: The New Thinking of Business Human Resources Management
The article discusses the process from emphasizing human capital, social capital to psychological capital in business human resources management, and then points out that psychological capital is the new thinking of business human resources management. The competent advantage composed of employees' human capital, social capital and psychological capital, is the real core competence which is difficult to be copied and imitated, and can improve the business realistic performance. At last, the article shows some basic methods for fostering employees' psychological capital.
