Risk Evaluation on Project of Logistics Park Construction Based on Matter-Element Model
A logistics park construction project as a basic infrastructure and an important node in a logistics system, plays a significant role in ensuring the development of China's modern logistics industry and socio-economy. At the same time, logistics park construction has a high risk for its features of large investment, long development cycle etc. The mistakes of logistics park construction can cause large-scale, long time losses which are difficult to restore. This paper, according to the characteristics of risk appearing in logistics park construction, builds up an index system of risk evaluation and evaluates the risks with matter-element model, which offers a new method for the risk evaluation of logistics park construction.
