A Synergetic Optimal Model for the Public Emergency Material Reserve Storage Location
In this paper, the public emergency material reserve storage location problem is studied based on the characteristics of the emergency materials management of the multi-sector decentralized and distributed in the defense period. Under the given modeling assumptions, a p-median synergetic optimal model for the public emergency material reserve storage location is developed. At the end of this paper, a numerical calculation example is given by the greedy dropping heuristic algorithm.
