Prediction and Analysis on Investment in Transportation Projects — Based on the Perspective of Private Capital
The article, based on the perspective of private capital, gave full consideration to changes of pivotal factors during transportation projects implementation, established a new investment prediction model, and analyzed this type of investment with statistics and probability. The purpose was to avoid or reduce losses of private investors. At the same time, the article researched security of investment income; found out risk factors in the scheme of transportation project and gave analysis on their natures, influences and results; and forecast the possibility of investors obtaining their anticipated profits or losses, which provided a basis for private investors making decision and presented a new perspective to analyze the importance of investment in transportation projects for investors.
