Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Railway Passenger's Satisfaction Degree Based on Entropy Weight
Passenger's satisfaction degree of business service provided by a railway station is very important to the railway station's reputation and future development. After synthetically considered many factors of railway passenger's satisfaction degree, the authors build an evaluation index system. Then the authors present a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Railway Passenger's Satisfaction degree based on entropy weight theory, and educe the evaluation index's weight. This method can reduce the random and limits of traditional evaluation made by subjectively.
