Traffic Congestion Pricing Based on Decision Tree
At present, traffic congestion is one of the prevalent problems in big cities. As a measure of transportation demand management, the core of urban traffic congestion pricing is to determine the price. Based on the analysis of traffic travel process mechanism, this paper put congestion pricing to be one of the factors affecting the decision-making system and established a decision tree model which considered both the transformation of traffic travel mode and traffic distribution. In the meantime, the congestion pricing from Zongfu Road to Shuinianhe in Chengdu is analyzed and calculated, which expounds the scientificness and effectiveness.
