Appraisal System of Public Transportation Service Quality
Urban public transportation is the harbinger of social production, the key of a city function to operate and the important window of the material civilization and spiritual civilization of a city. Therefore, developing urban public transportation is widely concerned by the entire world. The article taking pursuing the degree of passenger's satisfaction as the center, conducts the analysis and research systematically including the line plan, the wire to optimize, the public transportation dispatch, the grade of service and so on, covering several aspects in the passenger transportation service system. From the characteristics of fundamental elements of conventional municipal transportation quality of service, using the qualitative method and quantitative method, a conventional municipal transportation quality of service appraisal system is constructed.
