OD Allocation Model and Solution Algorithm in Transportation Networks with the Capacity
This paper proposes a capacity origin destination (OD) assignment model, and the model's algorithm is given. Then the optimal route choice optimal model is established according to the principle of minimize cost. The corresponding algorithm is given. The final part is the numerical experiment.
