Actual Behaviour and Objective Load-Carrying Capacity of Tension Steel Expansion Anchors to Concrete
This paper deals with selected problems of anchoring systems with steel mechanical expansion anchors to concrete. It is based on experimental research oriented to these elements under repeated tensile loading in particular. For this non-monotonic kind of loading, there are no values of carrying-capacities determined yet, but it is possible to use cyclic loading force during the tests and after to compare the values of resistances to theoretical values for static loading. Presented here are some results of this research, which was especially focused on actual behavior and load-carrying capacity determination of these members.
