Bringing Intelligence to Transportation Systems in Abu Dhabi
This paper outlines the on-going delivery of a successful transportation network for Abu Dhabi. The approach currently being taken by Abu Dhabi is based not only upon international best practice, and experience of successful initiatives worldwide, but on a core understanding of Abu Dhabi and the needs of its people. This paper stands apart from other documents in its transparent and honest consideration of the requirements of the people of a quickly developing nation. In doing so, Abu Dhabi represents a model for delivering and securing a World Class City, while setting the standard for Transportation Networks for years to come.
