Flexible Pavement Construction Issues
This issue contains six papers concerned with flexible pavement construction. Specific topics addressed include: voids in the mineral aggregate of hot mix asphalt; hot mix asphalt mix properties; longitudinal joint construction techniques; predicting the stripping performance of pavements; evaluating the addition of lime treated sand to hot mix asphalt; and the effect of field compaction method on fatigue life.
