Evaluation of Real Time Traffic Data
This paper presents methods to evaluate the quality of real time floating car data. Three methods for evaluation are presented: visual, scatter and time domain. The possibility of using the presented methods to select a supplier and to continuously monitor the quality of the supplied product is discussed.
