Policy 2013: Finance, Economics, and Equity Considerations, Volume 1

This issue contains 15 papers concerned with policy, particularly finance, economics and equity considerations. Specific topics discussed include: the possibility of better policy with less money; the federal role in state transportation finance; the 2012 transportation referendum in Atlanta, Georgia; and assessing Indiana’s highway investment program.
