Sustainability in Transportation Case Studies - Roswell, GA
This paper will briefly explore the concept of sustainability and how it applies to transportation. The paper will then discuss the different sustainability assessment programs currently available with a focus on the PEACH (Preserving Environment and Community Heritage) Roads sustainability assessment tool. The PEACH Roads sustainability assessment tool will then be applied to two recent projects in the City of Roswell. The paper will conclude with some lessons learned from the two case studies.
