Setor aéreo regional no estado de São Paulo: o papel do estado na gestão do transporte aéreo
The empirical analysis revealed in this work refers to the regional transportation of Sao Paulo state, focusing on the State’s power action on management and modal planning. The authors emphasize the productive deconcentration and the territorial integration as cause and effect to the development of the air sector at the Paulista countryside, forming the modal growth with the deconcentration of industrial activities. In this way, the authors discuss the genesis and the state's air transport development, considering the demand and deal of flow at the spatial circuit of air circulation. So, the authors point out the management and policy of development of regional air transport and the infrastructural question of airline ground and the necessity of investments to this sector as a way to promote the development and growth of air transportation in a regional segment.
