Comparative analysis of air transport regulation in USA and Brazil: short notes

Análise comparativa da regulação dos transportes aéreos nos Estados Unidos e Brasil: breves notas

This paper aims to improve the institutional regulatory framework of the Brazilian aviation transportation sector through a general overview of the comparative analysis of ten determinant elements of Federal Aviation Administration and Brazilian National Aviation Administration (ANAC). For this reasons, it is held that, through the contrast of the differences of the ten determinant elements, chosen by their importance and similarities, it is possible to contribute to the regulatory reform of the Brazilian civil aviation sector.
