Improved Performance of Jointed Plain Concrete Pavements (JPCP) through a Better Awareness of Drying Shrinkage

The purpose of this project is to define the early-age and long-term effects of drying shrinkage on the performance of Jointed Plain Concrete Pavements (JPCP) for Pennsylvania mixture designs and construction and curing practices and to provide suggested revisions to specifications so that optimal performance can be achieved.
