Tribal Lands Coordination
The Office of Real Estate Services and its stakeholders seek to research, develop, and publish a report that presents current law, regulation, policy or guidance and suggested best practices for acquiring right of way related specifically to tribal property interests. The primary focus of this effort is to develop training material for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, the best application of these methods for target situations, and identify strategies to successfully expedite the ROW acquisition process.
