Past and Future Regulation of Interuban Coach Services in Germany
Intercity bus service in Germany is regulated but plans are underway to remove many restrictions. This paper examines current and proposed regulations and prospects for interurban bus service. Current regulations support existing passenger rail service and that is likely to be maintained.
