The road network is a basic building block in the maintenance and especialy the development of a region. Maintenance constitutes a major factor for economic competitiveness. It is thus necessary to constantly provide and maintain the service quality considered indispensable for users. In view of the growing scaricity of maintenance credits, it became important to seek solutions meeting combined economics, environmental and technical requirements.
