Anatomy of a Crisis (Video)
Provides an overview of the day-to-day activities surrounding the train wreck of September 28, 1982, in Livingston, Louisiana, which saw 41 cars carrying hazardous chemical materials derailed, spilling and setting afire to these materials. Numerous federal, state, and local agencies joined in a preplanned effort to control, manage and overcome the accident.
