COMPUTER PROGRAM TO CALCULATE THE STRESSES AND DISPLACEMENTS IN AN ELASTIC ANISOTROPIC LAYERED SYSTEM DUE TO ASYMMETRIC AND TORSIONAL SURFACE LOADS APPLIED TO A CIRCULAR AREA

UCRLAY (UNIFORM, CIRCULAR, LAYERED) CALCULATES ALL COMPONENTS OF STRESS, STRAIN, AND DISPLACEMENT AT SPECIFIED POINTS IN A SYSTEM CONSISTING OF HORIZONTAL LAYERS. THE APPLICABLE SURFACE LOADINGS ARE UNIDIRECTIONAL TANGENTIAL OR TORSIONAL LOADS APPLIED ACROSS A CIRCULAR AREA. THE MATERIAL OF EACH LAYER CAN BE ISOTROPIC OR CROSS-ANISOTROPIC. THE LAYER INTERFACES MAY BE SMOOTH OR ROUGH. THE PROGRAM IS ONE OF FIVE PROGRAMS IN THE GCP-1 SYSTEM. THE PROGRAM IS WRITTEN IN ANSI FORTRAN IV AND OPERATES IN THE BATCH MODE. IT HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED ON CDC 6000 SERIES MACHINES UNDER SCOPE 3.2 AND KRONOS 2.0 OPERATING SYSTEMS. USER'S MANUAL IS AVAILABLE.
