Research of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Design Technology of Battery Management System on Electric Vehicle
The Battery Management System BMS is an important part of the Electric Vehicle (EV) energy management. It provides important parameters of the vehicle control strategy. However, BMS works in a complex electromagnetic environment of the electric vehicle, therefore improving the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) performance of the BMS is extremely essential to guarantee the vehicle safety and reliability. The electromagnetic environment of a Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) and its coupling mechanism to the BMS is researched in this paper, and by the optimization design the EMC performance of the BMS is greatly enhanced. Results show that the optimized BMS can be a good adaptation in the HEV complex electromagnetic environment.
