RTI Special Studies for TxDOT Administration in FY 2012

This research project was established by Texas Department of Transportation's (TxDOT’s) Research and Technology Implementation Office to address special studies required by the department’s Administration during FY 2012. Three tasks were completed and are documented. These three tasks were Task 12: Assessment of TxDOT FTEs for Project Development and Construction, and PS&E Backlog Analysis-Continuation; Task 13: Assessment of durations and staffing needs for environmental approvals; and Task 14: Development of a spreadsheet based model of S101 staffing needs for use by the TxDOT Modernization Team.
