STUD WELDING IN SHIPBUILDING AND MARINE ENGINE BUILDING
The advances have resulted in a sophisticated tool which, even in the hands of an unskilled operator, will give excellent and consistent welds provided simple rules are maintained. This review, which only considers portable equipment, is timely in view of the advances and deals mainly with the drawn-arc method.
