DISCUSSION OF MIXING-IN-PLACE SOIL AND PORTLAND CEMENT

THE AUTHOR IS CONGRATULATED FOR SUGGESTING A NUMBER OF NEW APPLICATIONS AND TECHNIQUES FOR SOIL-CEMENT, PARTICULARLY AS RELATED TO THE UTILIZATION OF MIX-IN-PLACE SOIL-CEMENT CONCRETE FOR SUPPORTING STRUCTURES.
