The National Traffic Signal Report Card
The 2012 National Traffic Signal Report Card presents the aggregate response to the self-assessment survey from 225 local and state agencies in the United States and 16 Canadian agencies. The 2012 score of D+ is a slight improvement over scores of a D- in 2005 and a D in 2007.
