Perth central city parking study

The objectives of the report were: to identify factors that might be relevant in considering future alternative parking policies, to study the effect of the Perth City Council parking policy over the period it has been in operation and the possible consequences of continuing this policy unchanged in the future, to define a range of possible alternative policies relating to the amount of private and public parking space to be supplied in the future and the price and method of charging for its use, to determine the methods by which the alternative policies so defined would be evaluated (a).
