Flexible working hours - a pilot study

This report details the findings of an analysis of data collected during a survey of the effects of flexible working hours (fwh) conducted jointly by the Public Service Board and the Metropolitan Transit Authority. The analysis is concerned mainly with the effects of fwh on transport services in Brisbane. The report outlines the scope of the survey and the methodology used in the analysis. It provides a summary of the analysis and its results, and also describes the conclusions drawn from the analysis and attempts to identify any relevant trends and then sets out the recommendations of this pilot study with respect to the proposed flexitime study.
