A road extension programme - the first step

This pamphlet, prepared in August 1980, records the proposals of the committee for formation of the regional centre for highways. The first step towards the long term objective of a regional centre for highways is the road extension programme, which will include training courses, information services, research coordination, and liaison and standardization. The pamphlet also includes an historical note on REAAA and its activities.
