Preventing dangerous driver behaviours: an instructor's manual for driver judgement training
This manual aims to assist instructors integrate driver judgement training (djt) into their driving instruction. Because djt is based upon the instructor's own driving experience, content is not prescribed but there are plenty of suggestions. This is, however, a method which works, as has been shown in aviation instruction in the USA, Canada, France and Australia. Contents include: driver judgement training. Stress, anxiety and driving safely. Driving instruction: the "lesson plan". The management of judgement training.
