THE METHODS USED TO ESTIMATE THE VALUE OF TIME SAVINGS ARE' /1/ REVENUE /NET OPERATING PROFIT/ METHOD, /2/ COST SAVINGS METHOD, /3/ COST-OF-TIME METHOD, /4/ WILLINGNESS-TO-PAY METHOD. THE REVENUE METHOD AND THE COST SAVINGS METHOD WERE STUDIED. A TABLE IS PRESENTED OF TIME SAVINGS PER HOUR FOR COMPOSITE VEHICLES BY ICC REGIONS.
