A BASIS FOR ESTIMATING COSTS OF FIXED ILLUMINATION FOR DEPRESSED URBAN FREEWAYS. THE COST ESTIMATES GIVEN IN TABLES 1 TO 4 REPRESENT THE COMBINED JUDGEMENT OF TWO LARGE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS AND ARE BASED ON FOUR COMPARABLE PROJECTS IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.
