Heavy vehicle driver fatigue

Heavy vehicle driver fatigue is a safety issue. Current prescriptive approaches are not fully effective and may be inconsistent with requirements under occupational health and safety. The paper details the proposed regulatory regime that will apply to drivers of heavy vehicles that are covered by the regulations.
