Review of AS2008 from an emulsion and PMB manufacturing perspective

In September 2004, a draft of this report was circulated to an Austroads project group to solicit comment on the issues raised relating to the further development of the Australian bitumen specification AS2008 Standards 1997. This report brings together the comments received and is provided as a part contribution to the specification review process.
