Motorbike safety in Queensland

This consultation paper seeks public comment on how to increase the safety of motorbike riders in Queensland. Comments are invited on proposals including 1. an enhanced graduated licensing system; 2. a review of engine capacity restrictions; and 3. moves to identify dormant licence holders.
