Survey car drivers: longer and heavier vehicles
This report contains the results of a survey into the support, safety experience and possible pressure points felt by car drivers with regard to longer and heavier vehicles. Longer and heavier vehicles are goods vehicles with a maximum weight of 60 tonne and a maximum length of 25.25 metres. These longer and heavier vehicles will hereinafter be called 'LHVs'. The survey took the form of an online poll among 1,000 Dutch car drivers, being a representative sample. A similar survey was carried out in 2005 and where possible the results will be compared.
