THE BEST PROCEDURES AND METHODOLOGIES PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION ARE ORGANIZED INTO A STANDARD FORMAT WHICH IS DESIGNED SO THAT INVESTIGATORS WILL ACHIEVE A CONSISTENCY IN REPORTING TECHNIQUES THAT WILL PERMIT ACCURATE AND PERCEPTIVE ANALYSIS OF RESULTS WITH A MINIMUM EXPENDITURE OF TIME, EFFORT, AND FUNDS.
