Research on Methods of Human Resource Development Related to Improving Safety Abilities
While workplace safety activities and job training provide valuable learning opportunities, often that which is learned in safety education training does not go on to be practiced and entrenched in the workplace. The research in this paper focuses on an effective structure for group training, from the perspective of corporate human resources development, as teaching and entrenching methods that heighten workplace safety activities. Modifications to the pre- and post-training approach for enhancing training effects are also a focus. The findings as verified from the educational effects of a training model designed and implemented from the aforementioned perspective are reported in this article.
