New methods improve ability of airports to track capital programs
As airports capital programs are coming under increased scrutiny from the organizations that fund them, the tracking and reporting on use of funds by airports is increasingly important, and many airports are having to change their current methods for doing so. This article discusses four activities to help facilitate this change: business process optimization; improved stakeholder communications; enabling technology; and change management.
