METHOD TO DETERMINE THE EFFICIENCIES OF PROPELLERS

This method of approximation, applicable to heavily loaded propellers, was tried out for various pitch ratios and blade-area-ratios of the Gawn-serial 52. The comparison with the measured curve shows a satisfactory agreement for all pitch-and blade-area ratios.
