PEDESTRIAN, PARKING, AND ACCIDENT STUDIES ARE ALSO DISCUSSED. TRAFFIC SIGNS AND MARKINGS, TRAFFIC SIGNALS, AND STREET AND HIGHWAY LIGHTING ARE THE CHAPTERS PRESENTED IN THE SECTION ON TRAFFIC ENGINEERING TOOLS AND IMPLEMENTS. IT ALSO INCLUDES AN INTRODUCTION TO TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES AND A CHAPTER ON TRAFFIC LAWS AND ORDINANCES.
