FORECASTING MODEL TO AID RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Among the resistance that corporations have against using technological forecasts are that most models make use of methods that are too complex, require too many data, and are too time consuming and costly to operate. Here is presented a simple but practical model for a fictitious company which indicates that this appraisal technique can greatly aid such a companys planning, evaluation and decision making processes.
