A Study on the Detecting Method of Intercept Violation Vehicles Using an Image Detector

This paper confirmed the detection method of the intercept violation vehicle and performance evaluation after using image detector system installation. We traced the moving orbit of violation vehicles for detection method of intercept violation vehicles by an image recognition algorithm. When moving orbit is located in a special site, geometric image calibration and DC-notch filter are used. This is a cognitive system of license plate by making signal. The image separated into two parts: Bright Evidence Detection and Dark Evidence Detection, and they were applied after mixing. It is applied to Backward tracking for detection method of the intercept violation vehicle. After the field evaluation of developed system, it should be analyzed that the recognition rate is higher than that of minimum standards 80%. The site applicability should be improved better than now.
