Study on the Risk of a Crude Oil Shipping Channel in China
With the rapid growth of China's economy, crude oil shipping safety problems are becoming more and more significant. It is important to study the risks of crude oil channels. First, this paper establishes a three-level evaluation index system by the classified summary of China's crude oil imports shipping channel risks, which includes the levels of fully controlled, partly controlled, and completely uncontrolled. Second, the paper measures the risks of the crude oil shipping channel through quantitative and qualitative research. Third, the paper analyzes reasons for the existence of the risks according to the risk evaluation results. This study can provide a reasonable basis for decision-making in the crude oil shipping scheme.
