Beating congestion
Road traffic in Germany is no different to anywhere else in Europe--typically being gridlocked during the rush hour. Building more motorways is no longer an option, so the only feasible way left to cut through it is the development of intermodal transport. Matthew Beddow looks at the progress made over the past year.
