Model Analysis of Parking Price of Park-and-Ride Facilities with Price Sensitivity Measurement
The parking fee of park & ride facilities on the subway station was studied in this paper. Price sensitivity measurement (PSM) was applied to discuss the appropriate parking fee, and the corresponding questionnaire survey was carried out. The price of marginal cheapness, price of marginal expensiveness, indifference pricing point, optimal pricing point, range of supported price and range of acceptable price was calculated with the survey data. Moreover, a formula of choice behavior for the competitive price level was established with a logit style PSM model and optimal price is obtained. The research results can be applied to price decision-making of park & ride facilities on the subway station.
