Dynamic Risk Early Warning Technique for Regional Airport Safety and Security
In order to control the safety and security risk in regional airport operation, a series of dynamic risk early warning technique is put forward in this paper. Based on system and dynamic thought, a three dimensions hazard identification model is set up. By using this model, the hazards which the regional airports are facing can be identified by time, space and logistic dimension. A multi-dimension risk assessment function is also presented to improve the regional airport risk management level. At last, a synthesis early warning model for regional airport safety and security is given in this paper.
