Bus Rapid Transit Optimization Network Based on Bi-Level Programming Model
This paper aims for public transport network system to use small investment in public transportation enterprises and set up the bi-level program model. It also studies the problem of designing the conventional public transportation network. The model fully reflects the different decision-making behaviors and the interaction between the supply and demand corresponding with the actual needs. It uses MATLAB 7.1 to program genetic algorithms for solving the model, and obtains road network design of the conventional public transportation network for optimization. Finally, through the example of Nanchang transit network optimization, the result shows that bi-level programming model for the design of the public transport network is feasible and effective.
