Improvements and Enhancements to LOSPLAN 2009

This project addressed several aspects of the LOSPLAN software, primarily with respect to incorporating new Florida Department of Transportation and National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) research project results. In addition, some existing computational methodology aspects were refined to provide more accurate results and clearer guidance to users.
